Our Return Policy

  • No refund. Exchange or merchandise credit only (no cash refunds)
  • The customer has 10 days after the receipt of the order to ask for an exchange, and till January 15th in the Holiday Season.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost when making a return.
  • In cases where the billing and mailing names differ, we consider the customer to be the one whose name appears on the bill.
  • It is imperative to contact us either by email: or by phone: (450) 839-6507 before returning the products.
Return Instructions:
  • Again, be sure to contact us first.
  • Send the unused merchandise with labels still in place in the original packaging with a photocopy of the bill.
  • The person making the return is responsible for insuring the goods against loss or damage during shipping.
